Customer Policies
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE COMPLETED 14 DAYS BEFORE EVENT, a charge of $75 will be be added to any late booking Â

75% of the total balance must be paid as a deposit to secure booking, REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT

Schedule changes are only permitted with a 72 hour notice, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
​
Events in the the Metro Area requiring payment for parking will receive a $25 charge
​
Hotels and Air BNB reservations are NOT PROVIDED, decor and tear down only
​
Guest must vacate the suite 45 minutes before official host/hotel check-out time, essential for decor tear down. If this is bypassed you may be subject to a cleaning fee via host/hotel
